Mark your calendars for a fun evening exploring the work of the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.
Launched in 2014, the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics’ Culture & Science events bring together NSM alumni, faculty, staff and friends. Each event examines how science applies to various cultural interests.
The first three events covered cultural interests of the arts, fine dining, and baseball. In the fall, Culture & Science will kick off with an event at The Houston Museum of Natural Science, Sugar Land, highlighting the work of several faculty members.
Everyone remembers how the museum came alive in the movie, A Night at the Museum. At this event, watch our research scientists make science come alive through interactive demonstrations.
You’ll get an opportunity to try some experiments yourself and have delicious food and drinks while you meander through the “live” exhibits.
